Tech Trouble? Try the New Education Technology Support Ticket System

The OAA has created an Education Technology Support Ticket system to better serve our community. 

If you need help with Brightspace, Virtual Classroom, or Respondus Lockdown Browser, please submit a ticket for assistance. This process will help us prioritize the work and collect information on recurring issues that can be reported to our partners.
