The main purpose of the launch is to introduce the IDEA Framework. The Framework is a tool that will help foster systemic change at Life Chiropractic College West. It will also help us establish an evidence-based culture that tracks our progress as we embrace a climate of D&I excellence and accountability.
The intended outcomes for the webinar are to:
- Introduce the IDEA Framework, which will guide our D&I strategies for the next few years
- Create a greater awareness of who we are and what we do
- Invite you to join the D&I Committee – particularly students – and to participate in the D&I work we are doing
