As Life West's Progression Policy goes into effect, it's important that you are tracking your board exam eligibility.
Passing your boards is what gets you licensed.
Licensure is what lets you practice with the full scope of a DC, see patients, and start building your brand. The Progression Policy ties your board exam milestones to your progress through clinic, and ultimately, graduation.
Now that the Fall quarter is underway, it is a good time to make sure you're clear on where you stand and which board exam milestones you're responsible for.
Know your testing schedule: Pick your track (U.S. or Canadian, 12Q or 14Q) and see, quarter by quarter, and get a sense of when you're eligible for board exams and what's expected.
Understand what happens if an exam doesn't go your way. There's real support built in at every stage.

As the Life West Progression Policy takes effect next quarter (Winter 2027), it's important each of you are tracking your eligibility and taking action to hit your exam milestones.
If you have questions about how this applies to you or are looking for resources to stay on track, please reach out to your ASC advisor.
