Good Luck on Finals!

Exams are uncomfortable and nerve-racking, try some of these things to help you this week!

  • Take deep breathes
  • Close your eyes and think of positive outcomes
  • Take your time reading through each question
  • If you are stuck on a question, note it and save it for later (if possible)
  • Chewing a piece of gum or having a mint can help you focus
  • Smelling Rosemary or fresh lavender can help you focus
  • Take a walk in between exams
  • Practicing a form of meditation

You can do it! Trust in what you have learned!
