Exams are uncomfortable and nerve-racking, try some of these things to help you this week!
- Take deep breathes
- Close your eyes and think of positive outcomes
- Take your time reading through each question
- If you are stuck on a question, note it and save it for later (if possible)
- Chewing a piece of gum or having a mint can help you focus
- Smelling Rosemary or fresh lavender can help you focus
- Take a walk in between exams
- Practicing a form of meditation
