Wrap up the first half of the quarter with Drs. Laurence Adams and Justin Ohm as they take the stage for Seminar this Friday at the Hayward and Bellevue campuses, respectively.
Dr. Laurence Adams DC, DACNB was appointed to the Board of Chiropractic Examiners by Gov. Gavin Newsom in October of 2020. Dr. Adams received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College-West in 1996 and his Post-Doctorate degree in Chiropractic Neurology in 1999. He has also served as a Senior Examiner for the ACNB, has served the chiropractic community over the years as VP and President of his local North Bay CCA, and as a Key Doctor for his regional Assemblyman and Senator. He later lead as the Region 7 Director on the Cal-Chiro Board before stepping down to accept his position on the BCE. During this time, he participated on the Membership and Governmental Affairs Committees. He also served on the Alumni Board at Life Chiropractic College-West. His is currently in private practice in Sonoma, Ca.
Dr Justin Ohm, DC, DACCP, cares for children and adults, with a special emphasis in perinatal chiropractic - care for expectant mothers and their children. The unique physiological and emotional needs in pregnancy and childhood require very specific attention and Dr Ohm collaborates with numerous midwives, obstetricians, doulas and lactation consultants in the Media and Philadelphia practices to achieve a holistic approach to care throughout pregnancy and postpartum. He has also received a diplomate certification (DACCP) from the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics and is Webster Certified by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. He currently serves as the executive director of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA).
