Dear Life West Community,
The WAVE is just around the corner, and we're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make this year's event a success!
The WAVE is one of our signature campus events and a great opportunity to come together as a community, connect with colleagues, students, and the DC community, and live out our core values: Give. Do. Love. Serve.
Please sign up to volunteer using the link below. If you have already committed to volunteering directly with a department leader, please still complete the form so we can ensure you are included in all volunteer communications, updates, and assignment details.

As a thank you for volunteering, you'll receive a complimentary lunch and have the opportunity to connect with others while supporting an event that reflects the very best of Life West.
We need volunteers on both Friday and Saturday. Please consider choosing more than one time slot to volunteer your time.
Staff
- Please obtain your supervisor's approval before signing up.
- Approved volunteer time during your scheduled work hours is considered paid work time.
- If you are interested in volunteering on Saturday and it is not a regular work day for you, please reach out so we can discuss.
Students
- Volunteer time counts toward your WAVE attendance requirement.
Faculty
- Volunteer time counts toward Continuing Education (CE) credit.
