G Suite Tip: Using Google Keep

Google Keep is a syncing notepad that connects to Google Drive. It also supports photo notes, voice notes, and checklists. You can install it on your phone or use it on your browser. Any notes, recordings, photos or checklists that you create will be accessible on both your Drive and your phone.

You can access Keep from your gmail via Google apps (the nine dots in the top right corner of your email screen) or type Keep.google.com in your browser. You can install Keep on your phone for free.
