The Healthy Minds Study (HMS) provides college students with an opportunity to offer feedback on important matters pertaining to their behavioral health and wellness. This study analyzes a student’s day-to day experiences on campus and provides insight into one’ s struggles and successes. The anonymous survey results will be utilized by Life West to strengthen student behavioral health and wellness services at Life West. However, we cannot make these improvements without hearing from all of you.
Life West students are eligible to win one of two Apple iPads and one of five $100 Amazon gift cards awarded by Life West. However, these prizes will only be awarded if the total response rate to the survey is 50% or higher.
In addition, students will also be entered in the Healthy Minds drawing open to all schools to win one of ten $100 Amazon gift cards and one of two $500 Amazon gift cards.
