What do you do when you’re thrown into leadership before you feel ready?

In this heartfelt episode, [Dr. TJ Gudilin](https://www.chiropracticfirst.com/?utm_campaign=Life%20By%20Life%20West&utm_source=hs_email&utm_medium=email&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-9Mj5lcIHd_6s3KXMmZ4czwIu9MTu4utgvnlzo-57tTzMdq2UdWe8ewYaBHeCeZyHYty0v9)—Life West graduate, former rugby player, and chiropractor from Winnipeg—joins Drs. Ron and Mary Oberstein to share his unexpected leap into practice ownership. With no time to ease in, he faced the challenges of caring for patients and leading a team head-on. Through the pressure, Dr. Gudilin stayed anchored in service and purpose, guided by the mantra: *“It’s not about us, it’s about them.”* This episode is a testament to resilience, heart-led leadership, and finding strength in the face of the unknown.
