Life West has partnered with **Best Care EAP** to bring comprehensive mental health and well-being services to our Bellevue campus community. These services are **completely confidential** and **free of charge**, allowing you to access care in the way that works best for you—whether that’s in person, virtually, during the day, evening, or even on weekends. ### What Can You Expect? Best Care EAP provides **short-term counseling** with licensed professionals for a wide range of personal or academic concerns, including: - Stress and anxiety - Academic pressure - Class/life balance - Relationship issues - Depression - Financial worries Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, need support navigating life changes, or just want someone to talk to—help is here for you. ### Easy Access, Anytime Appointments are flexible and offered via **in-person or telehealth sessions**, making it easier than ever to prioritize your well-being.
