Whether this is your first time experiencing Life West midterms or you're a seasoned student, it’s crucial to prepare effectively and stay on top of your game.   ### **1. Plan Your Study Strategy** Don't wait until the last minute to cram. Create a study schedule that allows you to review material in manageable sections. Prioritize subjects that need the most attention and take advantage of study guides, lecture notes & flash cards. ### **2. Utilize Campus Resources** Life West offers several academic resources to help you succeed. Reach out to the Academic Success Center for guidance, form study groups with classmates, and connect with tutors for extra support. If you need a quiet place to focus, book a study room on campus at the Library. ### **3. Take Care of Yourself** Your health plays a major role in your academic performance. Get enough sleep, stay hydrated, and fuel your body with nutritious foods. Regular exercise and chiropractic care can help manage stress and keep you performing at your best. ### **4. Communicate with Faculty** If you have questions or need clarification on material, don’t hesitate to reach out to your professors. They’re here to help you succeed and can provide valuable insights into what to focus on for your exams. ### **5. Know Your Exam Schedule** Make sure you’re aware of your midterm dates and locations. If you have any academic accommodations, reach out to Dr. Jen Howard, Campus Director, to ensure you have the necessary arrangements in place. ### **6.
