title: Student Ambassador Highlight
description: "Name: Valeria Nunez\nHometown: Barstow, California\nQuarter: Quarter 2 \nHobbies: Hiking, going to the gym, and journaling\nClubs: LACA, NET, KTC & TBC\nFun Fact: I can shake your hand with the back of my hand \nMini Bio: Hey friends, my name is Valeria, but you can also call me Val. I am a proud first-generation student, the first in my family to earn a bachelor's degree and the first to become a doctor. I strive to become a better individual for myself and those around me, taking it one day at a time. I'm always up for a new adventure, hiking new trails, trying different coffee places, or even going with the flow of nothing planned."
