Life West Nebraska is entering Week 3 of the quarter with strong momentum, meaningful connection, and growing excitement as we prepare for our 2nd Annual Nexus Event, now just two weeks away.
Nexus continues to be a cornerstone event for our community—bringing together students, faculty, local chiropractors, and leaders in chiropractic for education, inspiration, and connection. Planning is well underway, and we are still seeking student volunteers to support the event. Students interested in getting involved can learn more and view the full speaker lineup at nexus.lifewest.edu.
As anticipation builds for Nexus, our on-campus energy has already been elevated through a powerful in-person seminar led by Dr. Ben Tapper. During Seminar, all students joined hands as Dr. Tapper demonstrated what it means to be subluxated and how interference impacts the nervous system. After illustrating interference, he introduced a device—without batteries—that was held between two participants. When the group was fully connected, the device lit up and emitted sound, offering a compelling visual and experiential representation of connection within the body. It was a memorable and impactful way to reinforce the chiropractic principle of unity and the body’s innate ability to communicate when interference is removed.
Experiences like this exemplify the value of in-person learning and shared experience within our campus community. We are looking forward to more in-person seminars throughout the quarter, continuing to build on this energy and deepen students’ understanding of chiropractic philosophy, science, and connection.
With Nexus just around the corner and meaningful learning already underway, Life West Nebraska is off to a strong start this quarter—and we are excited for what’s ahead.
