This past weekend, members of the Life West community joined colleagues from across the profession in celebrating the 40th anniversary of International Chiropractic Pediatric Association’s Gathering in Reston — a milestone event that brought together more than 400 doctors of chiropractic, students, and staff committed to advancing family wellness and chiropractic care.
The weekend was filled with meaningful connection, education, and inspiration. Attendees experienced a strong lineup of engaging speakers, fireside chats, and panel discussions, all centered around the shared mission of creating healthier communities through principled chiropractic care. From discussions on pediatric and family wellness to broader conversations around the future of the profession, the event reflected the depth and passion that continues to define the ICPA.
Life Chiropractic College West was proudly represented throughout the weekend by students, faculty, and staff who attended to learn, connect, and celebrate alongside colleagues from around the country. Both of the Life Chiropractic College West campuses are also looking ahead to hosting the ICPA for Webster Certification in the near future, with hopes of eventually bringing the full certification program to students and doctors in the region. Expanding access to these educational offerings reflects the growing interest in family-focused chiropractic care and specialized training.
As the ICPA celebrates four decades of service, leadership, and advocacy, the Gathering served as both a celebration of its history and a reminder of the work still ahead.
