Your Health is Our Concern
Our overall health is very important. Physical, emotional and chemical health all add up to overall health including our mental health and outlook. As members of a chiropractic community, what can we each do to ensure better health?
Physical:
- Be sure to get adjusted regularly (see your chiropractor or intern)
- Get plenty of rest
- Eat a balanced diet
- Get outside and get plenty of exercise
Emotional:
- Take time for yourself, including meditation or prayer (if you practice that)
- Spend time with those that are important to you (stay connected) even if this is electronically
Chemical:
- Get plenty of water (stay hydrated)
- If you take supplements, be sure they are well suited for you (maybe consult with a professional, there are a few in the Health Center)
As we head into the end of the year and the holidays, it is important that we don’t stretch ourselves too far. Be sure you have time for yourself, your favorite exercise, enjoying friends and family, and be sure to get checked by your chiropractor or intern. Except for a few holidays, the Health Center will be open if you need some attention.
