TITLE IX POLICY: The Title IX policy, which became effective on Aug. 14, is posted on our website. The regulations changed the jurisdictional scope, definitions, grievance procedures, informal resolution, training, and investigation requirements; now there is a formal hearing and appeals process in which single investigator proceedings are no longer allowed. The accused now has the same due process rights and the right to a represented defense as the alleged victim. Send any questions or feedback to Tarsha Addison, Director of Human Resources and Campus Culture and Title IX Coordinator.
