Before discovering chiropractic in 1982, Dr. Husby-Gerry was a mild-mannered evolutionary biologist. His work did not involve helping people with their problems on a day-to-day basis.
After completing chiropractic college, getting his chiropractic license, and finally setting up practice in 1988, he found he had to learn quickly how to navigate the emotional issues regarding patient care.
All he wanted to be was a modest family chiropractor helping patients on a day-to-day basis near his hometown of El Cerrito, California. While not aspiring to be an industry leader nor an influencer, he achieved his goal of being a local family chiropractor.
In this light-hearted presentation to the general student body of LCCW-Hayward, legendary chiropractic storyteller Eric Husby-Gerry will share some humorous situations he encountered along the way from the past 37 years.
