A couple of weeks ago, there was an electrical fire within the elevator shaft, rendering it unusable and in need of repair. After long last, we have a timeline for completion!
The repair company confirmed last week that they had the appropriate equipment need for the repair, and prep work was done on Friday, 2/21 in order for maintenance to begin on Monday, 2/24. Ideally the maintenance be completed that day; however, we won't know for sure until the crew gets in there. Overall, it's looking like the elevator will be operational by the end of the week.
