Details inside. ## The Tournament Hosted the Thursday before The WAVE Conference, the Life West Golf Classic is a fun day on the course in honor of Dr. Bruce Chester, with proceeds benefiting the Dr. Bruce Chester Memorial Fund. - **When:** Thursday, August 6th, 2026 (exact tee time TBA) - **Where:** Redwood Canyon Golf Club, 17007 Redwood Rd., Castro Valley, CA - **Who:** Alumni, students, staff, faculty, area DCs, supporters of the school, and anyone who'd enjoy a great round for a great cause.   ### Students: Here's how to Golf for Free Refer **4 paying golfers** to the tournament and earn your own spot to play, free of charge. It doesn't have to be one group — mix and match however works for you: - One full foursome ($600 team registration) - Two pairs ($310 each) - Four individual golfers ($155 each) - Any other combination that adds up to 4 paying players You don't have to track or submit anything yourself. When each golfer registers at **[lifewest.edu/events/golf](https://lifewest.edu/events/golf)**, the form simply asks if a Life West student referred them. Make sure your referral(s) enter your name and Life West email address. Once 4 paying registrations list you as their referrer, you're in.   ### Not interested in recruiting players?
