The Wisdom In Trauma – Mental Health Discussion May 6

May is mental health awareness month and it’s good a time time to check in with yourself and those you love. Most people have experienced some combination of stress, overwhelm, sadness, anger, loss disbelief, or loneliness as a result of the COVID’s social isolation and the struggle toward the idea of a just world. It’s our belief here at the Mindfulness Program now is the time to say yes to opportunities where insight to our trauma is shared in a safe and peaceful environment.

Join us this May 6th as Dr. Bell shares insight to a topic we all experience in our lives whether we are conscious of it or not. The Wisdom of Trauma is not to be missed.

We encourage all of you–students, faculty, staff and administration– to utilize our weekly offerings as a time for connection and self-care in commUNITY.
