And trust me, I need simple!
A simple recipe, you could say. The best kind of recipe—the kind you can adapt to your
family’s needs and tastes.
But like figuring out any other recipe, it’s going to take a few “Holy Shit!” moments.
Patti Giuliano, an accomplished Doctor of Chiropractic for forty-two years (she started
practice at age ten, obviously) and a devoted mother of two thirty-something children, has spent
decades navigating the parenting journey—hers and hundreds of families’ in her practice—with
curiosity, humor, and resilience. Where “Dr. Patti” found practicing chiropractic easy, parenting
was a daunting challenge. How did other parents make it look so easy? Were they simply not
