Life West Ombuds Services
The Life West Ombudsman is a person with whom any employee of the college can communicate an interpersonal concern or conflict. In the spirit of giving, loving and serving, the Ombudsman is a designated neutral and impartial confidante who provides informal assistance to employees on a variety of issues and concerns to reach mutually satisfactory solutions. The ombudsman does not advocate for any one position but strives for fairness of process and healthy conflict resolution. Ombudsman services are available to employees through George Casey, D.C. He is on campus and available to meet in person on request, 11am to 3pm, Tuesday and Wednesday. He is also available by telephone to set an appointment or initiate a conversation at extension 2840 or through email at gcasey@lifewest.edu.
